This harrowing winter of 2020/2021 in Milwaukee Wisconsin; burrowed within individualized quarantine; "Winter Warmer" was a process of which took several months to complete. Yeah right, it was recorded in one take in one day. All the songs are "live" and were performed as a 20 min set straight. I did explore new instrumentation through utilizing (for the first time) iOS instruments via iPhone X. I've been impressed with the "AudioKit" apps and believe their apps to be pro. I wanted an EP focusing on real time dynamics instead of programed drums while utilizing instruments I never had before. I strongly feel that, Without the beautiful combo of the Roland 404 and The Korg chaos pad I wouldn't have had much inspiration this winter, however they provided that special something which drew me to create a group of songs which bring lo-fi hip-hop to it's conclusion.
